Express Entry is a system used by the Canadian Government to manage the interesting candidates who are willing to come to Canada and settle here permanently. This system has contained four different programs namely Federal Skill Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skill Trader Program (FSTP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Those candidates who most likely to be succeed economically are selected on the bases of points they score in six different sectors: Language, Education, Age, Experience, Arrange Employment, and Adaptability.
Those candidates who are eligible for one of the programs, may received invitation to apply (ITA) from the Canadian government in terms of applying Canada PR.
A Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act – must 18 years old - can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada. Under this pathway, the Federal Government allows the provinces and territories to select the prospective candidates and nominate them for Canada Immigration.
This program is for workers who:
· have the skills, education, and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory
· want to live in that province, and
· want to become permanent residents of Canada
Each province and territory have its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and requirements. For example, in a program stream, provinces and territories may target:
· students
· businesspeople
· skilled workers
· semi-skilled workers
This pathway is for those applicants who are willing to become permanent resident of Canada and live in Quebec.
Province of Quebec has a special agreement on immigration with the Government of Canada. The province has its own rules for choosing immigrants who will adapt well to living there.
The new caregiver program was launched by the Government of Canada after closing the old ones in June 18. 2019. The purpose of the new program is to give privilege to the caregivers to come to Canada with their family and become a permanent resident or work temporarily.
The caregivers must always have a valid temporary resident status while working in Canada. Through these pilots’ programs – Home Child Care Provided Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot – you will get an open work permit to come to Canada and work temporarily. This work permit is occupation-restricted; doesn’t need a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA); lets you get the work experience you need to be eligible for permanent residence.

About Work Permit
There are two types of work permits in Canada: Open work permits; Employer -specific work permits.
1. Open Work Permit: It allows you to work for any employer in Canada, except for an employer who listed as ineligible or who regulated offers striptease, erotic dance, escort services or erotic massages. Apply Today
You may be eligible for an open work permit if you:
· Are an international student who graduate from a designated learning institution and are eligible for the Post-Graduate Work Permit Program.
· Applied for permanent residence in Canada.
· Are a dependent family member of someone who applied for permanent residence.
· Are the spouse or common -law partner of a skilled worker or international student.
· Are a refugee, refugee claimant, protected person, or their family member.
· Are a temporary resident permit holder.
2. Employer – specific work permits: It allows you to work according to the conditions on your work permit: the name of the employer you can work for; how long you can work; the location where you can work (if applicable).
Because of the inadmissible reasons, some people are not allowed to come Canada. There are different reasons like security, criminal or medical reasons. If you have a valid reason to travel to Canada which may justify in the circumstances, we may apply for the temporary resident permit.
If you have committed or been convicted of a crime, under Canada’s immigration law, you may not be allowed into Canada – in other terms Criminally Inadmissible.”
You may represent yourself as deemed rehabilitated to immigration officer or applied for rehabilitation.
